Flu shot or fatty acids?

Flu shots?? They'd be more aptly named 'poo' shots because that's about what they are worth.

When I worked in doctor's office, a walk-in clinic that saw a lot of cold and flu patients, the doctor never got sick caught a bug.

During the cold and flu season, he'd probably see five patients or more a day who had a cold or flu. But he never caught their bugs. One time, I had a cough, and when he put the tongue depressor to the back of my tongue, I coughed right into this face.

But he never got sick.

By now you want to know his secret?

He took fish oil every day. That was no surprise because he had worked with Dr. Emanuel Revici, M.D. for seven years. Dr. Revici found that fatty acids are an evolutionary defense against viruses.
